4. Will there be a fee to attend? The event is free, and we are offering a “pay what you can” model for donations to help support future events. We encourage attendees to contribute what they are able, but it is not required.

14. What should I bring or wear? We will be providing yoga mats and water for all attendees. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement, especially if you plan to participate in the somatic practices or yoga sessions. If you prefer to bring your own yoga mat, feel free to do so.
